Taking part in official Cult of Cars activities

As a community, we believe that meeting up with each other, enjoying each other’s company, and getting to know one another is an indispensable part of building the relationships within the community. As such, of course, participation in any Cult of Cars activity will accumulate XP.

Helping a community member who has a need of request
200XP
This pretty much goes without saying. Helping a fellow community member goes a long way, and is something that we already do, but we want to now endorse it in an official way.
How this works is that if a community member has a need or request, and you’re willing to help, and both of you are agreeable, just let the admins know what happened, and accumulate XP!

Completing various Quests at your own time
From 250XP
There will be an ever-updated list of Cult of Cars challenges, which you can find here:
These challenges are meant to be small, fun activities that you can do anytime you feel like it, whether on your own, or with your buddies.
Examples of such activities may include:
- Taking a video of going for a safe and casual drive along the iconic 99 bends
- Setting a record for the best fuel consumption
- Test driving the latest launch of a new car model (e.g. BYD Seal)
Each activity will have some number of XP that you gain when you complete it. Each activity will also require a “statement of proof”. For example, it can be a picture, a video, or a receipt.
Just toss the statement of proof to the admins, and gain your XP.
