Welcome to Singapore's first heartland izakaya, Tachinomiya, where we serve up delicious delights with a big heart and a little quirk. Since our humble beginnings in 2015, we've stayed true to our simple yet significant promise: making great food, drinks, and service approachable while embracing the cozy and casual essence of traditional "tachi-nomi" (standing and drinking) culture from Japan. Though we've added chairs for your comfort, the spirit of communal enjoyment remains unchanged.

In our journey, we've also grown more environmentally conscious. Initially limited by space, we opted for disposable cutlery but quickly shifted to more sustainable practices, including off-site dishwashing and non-plastic food packaging for our delivery services as much as possible. We're committed to doing good for you and the environment.
