Welcome to the tomo mobile app (the “App”), operated by Noto Motor Pte Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the tomo app, you must:

• Be at least 26 years old, and
• Hold a valid driving license that permits you to drive in Singapore

By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.

2. Account & Registration

To access features of the App, you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Earning Points

You can earn tomo points through:

• Spending at participating partner merchants
• Completing quests, events, and in-app activities

Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to expiration or adjustment at our sole discretion.

4. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed within the App’s tomo shop for rewards, items, or services. Availability and value of rewards are subject to change without notice.

5. Partner Merchants

tomo works with third-party merchants who offer rewards or benefits. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, availability, or delivery of products/services offered by partner merchants
• Any disputes between you and a partner merchant

Use of rewards is at your own discretion and subject to the merchant’s own terms.

6. Marketing Communications

By accepting these Terms, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from tomo via email, push notifications, or other channels. You can opt out at any time via your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, misuse, or any behavior that negatively impacts the community or our partners.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update or modify the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

10. Disclaimer

The App and its features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noto Motor Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any services offered through it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
